Vacancy IT Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong facilitation skills and a desire to participate in company strategy development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 4-6 company projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within time and budget constraints.
• Daily office visiting.
• Monitor the GPM indicator and take necessary action to ensure project profitability.
• Set up teams for new projects and participate in presale meetings to clarify project requirements and scope.
• Implement risk management practices to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and handle change requests while managing priorities.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and address any concerns.
• Conduct daily calls to keep track of task completion progress.
• Obtain customer feedback on the team's productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the timely and accurate sending of invoices for projects.

• If our Project Manager develops and propose improvements to the company's processes.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in IT (1-2 years).
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
• Strong facilitation skills to lead and guide teams of developers, designers, and other specialists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Passion for strategy development and the ability to contribute to company-level planning and decision-making.
• Experience in agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Familiarity with invoicing software and accounting principles.
