Projects: you will be involved in the Web projects of the company, which originates from Denmark, Israel and the USA.

Domains: Fintech, Entertainment, Audio/Video streaming, Social Media.

Techstack: Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue.js, Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Web Services.

Team: from 1 to 6 people.

Duration of projects: from 1 month to 3 years.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Software Development;
  • 4+ years of experience with PHP, Java Script;
  • 3+ years of experience with Laravel, Symfony, Next.js. Nest.js;
  • 2+ years of experience with React, Vue.js;
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Web;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations;
  • Skills of presentation, verbal and written communication;
  • Self-motivation, the ability to work independently and the ability to take initiative,
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most important tasks and projects;
  • Must have experience working on international projects;
  • Must have experience in personal communication with American or European clients;
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the planning stage of the project, assistance in the formation of technical documentation that meets all the company’s requirements;
  • Responsibility for the final assessment of projects in your team (own assessment and approval of other developers’ estimates/feedback if necessary);
  • Conducting a stand-up with the development team to control the technical quality of the work;
  • Code quality control on your team’s projects (regular code review);
  • Monitoring the work of the developers of your team: with PM, the distribution of tasks between developers, their analysis and the formation of a complete description of the task, so that others can begin their implementation;
  • PM support in the distribution of tasks by priority and level of developers within team projects (what level of tasks to give so that the work is productive and financially profitable);
  • Understanding of the entire state of back and front and project development (regular analysis of tasks in Jira together with PM);
  • Technical organization of the start of each team member’s project and the deployment of the project from scratch to prevent additional time and the optimal start of the project;
  • Prescribing the architecture and evaluation for more complex tasks (specify the complexity evaluation parameter).
  • Ensuring effective use and allocation of team resources and turning project execution into a controlled process with expected results;
  • Implementation of a testing strategy depending on the project;
  • Conducting a technical interview;
  • Development and control of PDP for team members;
  • Tech assessment of team members;
  • Participation in pre-sale meetings;
  • Will be involved in strategic planning.
